"Moose" & The Buckwalter Family of Kernville

"My husband and I purchased a Goldendoodle from Michelle. These puppies are  smart and very loving. Ours is named Moose and he is intelligent, sweet and very responsive. Training has been so easy with him. We tell him or show him something one time and he gets it!  He loves to be with us and seems to like everyone he comes in contact with. He is one of the greatest dogs we have ever had."
"Michelle is a great breeder. She keeps the puppies clean, gives them lots of attention and they are thoroughly socialized by the time they are ready to be adopted.  I would get another puppy from her anytime."

"Reagan" & The Weie Family of Ladera Ranch

"To prospective new Doodle Families:  We cannot begin to express how very happy we are with our new Doodle, Reagan.  He is spirited, bright, healthy, and adorable.  We think it's because of all the TLC his Mom & Dad get from Jeff and Michelle, and because of how well they took care of my brothers and sisters and I before we went to our new homes. The Weie Family of Ladera Ranch, CA highly recommends this breeder. They treated each puppy lovingly like one of their own children.  They allowed us to spend lots of time choosing, then visiting Reagan, and answered all of our questions patiently and professionally."
"Thank you, Jeff & Michelle!"

Take care,
Dianne

Reagan @ 8 Months

Reagan is a great (big) boy, and the thing we love most is his very enthusiastic personality~ things are never boring around here!  He gets a bath every week, as he is always into something... (Looks so adorably cute and fluffy afterwards!) Now that I'm home for the summer, we go on long walks every day (50 or 60 minutes, up and down hills), and he is a great and energetic companion. Remember how I first wondered if Reagan might be a helper dog for me if I ever got in trouble with my diabetes?  Well, it is amazing to watch how he has reacted to our other dog, Rosie's severe arthritis. Reagan seems to instinctively know that most of her pain is in her right knee. Several times a day,  he sniffs just that part of her body, then kisses her ears and face, as if to say, "I'm sorry you don't feel well."  She tolerates his attention, but often gives a low growl at him. Yet he continues to give her unconditional love.  Isn't that amazing?
We are looking forward to a play-date soon with Reagan's little sister, Regen who lives nearby.

Warmly,
Dianne

"Cabernet" & The Wilks Family of Chino Hills

"Our experience of adopting Cabbie was a great one. You showed such great care in caring for your puppies. Don't let a calm puppy fool you though. Cabbie is active, rambunctious and curious. She is fun. We are still trying to potty train her and she does well 90% of the time. She knows how to sit, sit up and beg, stay and how to come. There is the occasion where she would rather romp around the yard than come . How ever when you say " Do you want a treat"? She is right there and she barks rather boisterously if she doesn't get it right away. She is friends with Dusty and they play tug of war with a rope every night around 5:30pm. I highly recommend Michelle as a breeder she is without a doubt the best. I will send pics when I get them developed. My granddaughters loved the puppies and did well around Cabbie. TY very much."

"Dandy" & The Fischer Family of Whittier

"After looking at golden doodle web sites all over the United States, and calling several breeders, I felt like we really "hit the jackpot" when I contacted Michelle.  When I told her what kind of a puppy we were looking for  -  she had 4 boys picked out for us to consider when we came for a visit.  Raising puppies for Michelle is much more than a job  -  it is a labor of love.  Having 2 litters of puppies in her living room because it was too cold for them to be outside, and even sleeping on the couch next to them, Michelle was very familiar with all the various temperaments -  the puppies had different colored ribbons so she could track them.  My husband, Pete, and I found the puppies to be beautiful, fastidiously maintained, and very socialized by Michelle and her family members.  Michelle keeps in touch with you by phone and/or e-mail  -  sending pictures and giving advice.  Our adopting experience was exceptionally positive and we would rate it an A+."
"We adopted our gorgeous apricot and cream colored male, with his precious doodle face, "to die for" at 8 weeks, and we named him Yankee Doodle Dandy.  Dandy shows the results of the foundation of love, attention, and care - given by Michelle  -  he is very well adjusted with a stable, undemanding temperament.  He is independent and self confident.  He is also loving, friendly, and sweet. He has an adorable personality and we are having a ball enjoying him and laughing at his playful, joyous, puppy antics. He is super smart and quick to learn.  (he learned to use his doggy door in three tries.)  He also has a macho streak, which we like, as at 8 weeks old he barked up a storm when our gardener picked up a large garbage can in the back yard. It was important to us was that Dandy's mother and father were on the premises for us to view and observe.  We found them to be friendly, well behaved, and beautiful.  We are loving our darling puppy - he is exactly what we were looking for in every way, and he will be a treasured family member for many happy years."

Dandy Update

Hi Michelle  -  It's good to hear from you. Feel free to give my e-mail address to any person who would want to contact me from your puppy ads.  I will send pictures - save some room as I have to get some recent ones developed.  Dandy is growing up to be an awesome dog. Super smart and quick. He has personality plus.  He is very good, and he is gorgeous  [although he most resembles his daddy,  his mother, Lucy, shows her influence in a four inch wide dark apricot curly band  of  thick fur that goes from his neck down to
his beautifully feathered retriever like tail that curves in a curl up and over his back.  He has dark apricot rings around his dark chocolate brown eyes and inch long apricot eyelashes.   With all this delicious pile of buff and apricot fluff there is no shedding and then, as a bonus......amazingly, he always smells wonderful like fresh clothes just taken off the clothesline.  Pete plays with him many hours a day, they wrestle, play
ball, play tug of war with ropes, socks, whatever, go on walks, and every afternoon we take him on our private road to run after a ball for his really good exercise. When he is tired, he lies on the ball to give us the message that he is done. To chase the ball he runs on the side of the road on the grass and dirt instead of the asphalt to be more comfortable on his pads(he figured that out immediately). Remember I told you that on his own when we first brought him home as a little pup, he was trying to fetch the morning newspaper after watching Pete get it once or twice?  By the end of a month after trying every day, he could get the paper and bring it up the driveway into the house. (this was something he did without being taught - he did it all on his own. He adores to retrieve) Dandy is everything we hoped he would be and more. He is is a very precious and special dog that we all love and enjoy tremendously.   Sending pictures soon....

The Fischers

Dandy @ 1 year...

What a winner!!! He is gorgeous, super bright, well behaved, and soooo much fun. Every evening while watching tv, he and Pete box and wrestle - it is hilarious and entertaining [dandy uses his paws like hands and he gets very macho and fakery fierce.] when Pete says, "enough" - then Dandy gets his ball and puts it just a little out of reach so that we have to extend ourselves to get it. He then scuttles rapidly low to the ground to hide behind the french doors separating the living room from the den. all you can see are two black eyeballs and a fluffy, blonde topknot peeking through the glass. [hysterical] When you throw the ball, he leaps up and out and catches it - or if he misses - he chases it like a streak of lightening. if he brings it back too far out of reach, Pete points to it and says,"oh no, that's too far" - and dandy comes right away to move it closer. he is such a tease, and he makes us laugh all the time at his antics. he is one of these rare dogs who seem to understand the English language. he is great with our grandson and readily gives up the ball out his mouth to him [whereas with adults he seldom will give up the ball when it is in his mouth - he puts it just out of reach to tease]
Thank you for this darling, treasured pup who has brought so much joy and laughter into our lives. ......

Blessings from Faith and Pete

"Abby" & The Seldon Family of Upland

"Abby is doing really well, tips  the scales at 17 lbs and is very active.  She and her sister, Chloe a Cocker Spaniel,  play from sun up (or before) to bedtime.  She is challenging us with potty training but hopefully we are getting the upper hand.  As a breeder you are the best we have had the pleasure of meeting.  Your true love for your animals are quite apparent and the care is superior.  Abby is such a loving little girl and I have no doubt it was your nurturing from birth that has given her wonderful personality.  You are a wealth of information about your dogs and always willing to answer questions.  It has been a pleasure to have a member of your family become a member of ours."
"Thanks again and pictures will be coming."

"Roxy" & The Golden Family of San Juan Capistrano

"We absolutely love our new puppy, Roxy!  She is so friendly to us and our other dogs love her as well.  Our 5 year old Golden Retriever, Sadie, plays with her so gently and Roxy just eats it all up.  My two sons, Josh (10) and Jake (8) run around with the football and Roxy is all game chasing after them.  The boys pretend she tackles them and then she just gives them kisses.   When I am working around the house she follows me and quietly lays next to me while I work.  We have a lot of activity and people in and out of our house and sometimes I notice that Roxy just sits in the middle of it watching and observing the action.  She seems very intelligent and is catching on to training rather quickly. Our experience with Michelle, the breeder, was great.  She spent much of her time with me on the telephone answering all sorts of questions before we even decided to purchase. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of Michelle’s kennels and thought her set-up was so organized.  She gave us a colored photo copy of the toys the dogs like, the type of food and a few other misc. tips she was using and this was most helpful when I went shopping at the pet store.  Overall I would give Michelle and our new puppy a big 10!  Thanks Michelle – we will send photos soon!"

Colleen Golden

P.S. "I just took Roxy to our vet for a little check-up and he thought she looked great.  She weighs 19 pounds and thought she may get up to 60 pounds when she is grown – time will tell."

"Donner" & The Warren Family of Long Beach

Donner is THE best looking dog I have ever seen. He is soooooo handsome.
He weighs approx. 75 lbs and has the most beautiful tail. I haven't been able to get a good picture of him with his tail up and curled... which is he way it is when he is playing or excited. And he is playing or excited almost all of his waking time. He is such a love and has been snuggling more and more.
Callie is our little lamb. Oh my goodness what a precious animal. She is sooooo sweet and at the same time a little tiger. She loves to play and even though Donner is much bigger than her you wouldn't be able to tell by the way she "attacks" him. They get along better than any two dogs we have ever had or seen. Callie is approx. 45 lbs. She has the longest
eyelashes! Although Donner has the prettiest eyes... it's always the boys that get the nice eyes.
We feed them Nature's Variety frozen medalions and kibble which is a raw food diet. I love the fact that they don't shed. What a difference from our lab we had and even our boxer. I brush them almost everyday because they love it so much. They get groomed about every 4 to 6 weeks and the groomer charges us $65 per dog.
Thank you sooooo much for breeding such wonderful pets. I do educate people on their level of energy because it is very, very, did I say very HIGH! I want to start agility with them and not quite sure where to start. Both of them, especially Callie would (will) be very good at it.
I hope all is well with you and your family. Let us know when you want to have a reunion. All of us will be glad to come!

"Charlie" & The Nyhus Family of Huntington Beach

Hi Michelle...
Charlie is great and you wouldn't believe how big he is!  He is 55 pounds and has the most enormous paws I've ever seen.  He is just the cutest dog! A great addition to our family.  I had him neutered 2 weeks ago and he made a speedy recovery.  We're also taking a dog obedience class...suddenly I've realized maybe letting a 55 lb puppy run on your couch is not a brilliant idea.  He is so funny and goofy and was really easy to train.  Our local beach is a dog beach and he loves to go there and run with all the other dogs!  When we go on walks everyone stops us and asks us about him.  We went to Balboa Island with him on Saturday and so many people stopped us it took us forever to do our walk!  By the end everyone was calling Charlie by name.
From the neck down he's  turning red like his mom.  On his tummy he's almost white and the red hair on his back is coarser.  He is shedding but, his hair is so wavy I am hoping it's the puppy coat shedding off.  (Any ways.. we're so in love with him it doesn't matter:)!
I'll send you the pictures I have on my computer...they are a couple of months old and don't do him justice.  He is really so cute.  Very big and floppy...just what I wanted. My vet thinks he will be 80 lbs!  I've had people tell me he looks like he should be in a children's book or that he looks like Nana, the dog in Peter Pan.  When we take him to the park he goes down the slide(by himself!) and drinks out of the drinking fountain.  And he uses his paws like a cat...batting at me when he's being a stinker and I've seen him reach under our coffee table to get a magazine that was under there (to chew it up).  And your bell suggestion was great.  I hung it on the back door and never once showed him what to do or rang it myself, he just started
reaching up with his nose when he wants to go out...it's great!
We check your website all the time...we love seeing all the puppies! I would love to see more pictures of you and your Dad's puppy too.  I want to hear all about the other puppies and the dogs you kept...you should add a forum page to your website so we can all chat about our puppies.  I hope all is well with your family and the dogs.  I've given so many people your website.  I'll send you some better pictures.

Thanks,
Jenny

Charlie @ 1 year...

Charlie is celebrating His birthday tonight. He has been the greatest addition to our family! He is 75 lb's but, seems alot bigger. He definitely has the poodle legs! We have a great dog beach by our house and he loves to go and play in the water, dig in the sand, and wrestle with the other dogs. We also have a 3 acre dog park that we go to almost every day. Charlie has made lots of friends and he loves to play. He was so easy to train and never has accidents in the house. He still rings the bell when he needs to go out. He is also a great watch dog and gets this really deep bark/howl when someone comes to the door. Even if it's one of us!
Thanks for the card and the stickers...they made our day! And I promise to
get you some updated photos.

To all of you who wish to become a member of our Goldendoodle Extended Family, you have come to the right place!
My experience with Michelle was and is a great one. She cares for her dogs and their puppies with knowledge, intelligence, and TLC. We were welcomed into her home and immediately felt at home. The pups obviously were well cared for - healthy, clean, socialized, happy, and unique in their appearance and personalities. Michelle answered any and all questions we had then and now. She knew each pups individual personality, had started puppy potty training, and sent us home with documents and information about our new puppy.
We left with our new boy, McDuff, but our relationship did not end there. Michelle's web site keeps us all in touch, and she is still just a phone call away.
So, join our growing family - you will be so happy you did.

Trisha & McDuff

McDuff @ 7 months

Hi Michelle,
Hope all is well with you and your family.
McDuff is now 7 months old and still growing!! He is a goofy, playful boy. He reminds me of my kids when they were young - always playing, always dirty, clumsy, hungry, and very sweet and loving!
He and Abbey frolic all day. It has been so good for her. She is in remission and her coat is coming back in! The bald look is out!
Here are two pix I took today. Notice the freckle on his tongue (which still hangs out the side of his mouth).
Is he old enough to neuter yet? - (I don't want to stunt his growth - ha, ha)
I have given out your site address to a few people in hopes they will adopt too.

"Maddie" & The Elias Family of Ontario

Maddie is doing great! We love her so much! She is definitely a part of our family. I am glad you enjoyed the Xmas picture. It took a couple of takes to get her to keep the ears on, but it was fun.
Maddie weighs about 45-50 lbs. On her first B-day, I made cupcakes, invited some neighbors friends, put a candle on a plain cupcake & sang Happy Birthday to her. She loved it! She certainly enjoys kids & was excited to have everyone there. Thank you by the way for her B-Day card. We took some great pictures of that day, so we will send them to you within the next couple of days.

Sophie is the sweetest and the funniest.  Full of personality.  Well behaved (except when she tears of Kleenex all over the house) and loving.  I will send you pictures soon.  She is just the cutest, funniest little girl. Thank you so much for our baby girl.

"Lola (Pink Girl)" & The Altergott Family of Laguna Niguel

Hi there!
Lola is doing just great and is much loved. Lola weighs in at about 50-55 pounds in spite of the fact that she is a “chow hound” and loves to eat. Her coat is very light, rather thin and scruffy. (Nothing at all like her half brother Mc Duff). She has recently had a hair cut and can see again even when she swims. She is lanky and muscular. She loves to run off leash whenever she has the opportunity. She prances and leaps on the hills like a deer! I can almost hear “Born Free” playing in the background. She also loves to fetch and retrieve. It’s comical to watch her acrobatic moves as she catches her ball in mid air. Quite the entertainer, Lola is also fond of “table dancing” as she is often found on top of our outdoor patio table or barbeque grill counter. I think she likes the vantage point as it suits her dominant personality. She is quite the “sassy pup”. She also enjoys long walks, car rides and playing with other dogs. She has had a special boyfriend since she was a baby. His name is Drake. He is a beautiful 2 ½ year old back lab. You should hear her squeal when he comes over to play! Yes, I said squeal, just like a teenager at a rock concert. Her constant companion is our 9 1/2 year old Golden mix girl Bailey. Whether playing or relaxing they are bound to each other and always eager to be together. They will actually cry for each other when they can’t walk together…
Her quiet, obedient, loving side is also endearing to everyone she meets. She can be very shy with strangers often backing away from them if they approach her. But once she has made a friend, she is exuberant upon their next meeting showing her affection as only she can. She hasn’t grown out of the notion that she is a lap dog (although try as she may she may she just doesn’t fit). Late at night she can be found snuggling warm and cozy in our bed alternating for some time with Bailey on the floor. In the morning I am awakened to kisses and tail wagging as if her life depended on it. Ahhh, it’s a dog’s life!

I’ll be in touch soon. Good luck with your pups!

"Buck (Yellow Boy)" & The Pedigo Family of La Mesa

Buck loves the beach and the tennis ball. He is so majestic when he runs on the beach…a real head turner. He retrieves the tennis ball until we can no longer throw it. When wet he looks like Ginger, when dry he reminds us of Pierre. He also retrieves the newspaper every morning. He has always been mellow. Do you recall, he was the one that would sleep away from the bunch? Well he still likes to sleep in his own space, but loves to be with the family and girls (our silky terrier and Maltese/shiztsu mix). He always lets them get their way. He is undoubtedly the best dog we have ever known.

"Casey (Red Girl)" & The Gleeson Family of Huntington Beach

A little update on Red Girl who we LOVE!

We named her Casey, we thought is was very fitting since she was your youngest daughter, Casey's favorite! Casey's been so much fun- she finished up all her shots in the beginning of September so we've been taking her to the beach. She's getting more and more brave to go in the water. She loves playing fetch with any type of ball. But Tim's instant on teaching her how to catch a Frisbee!.
The weekend we picked Casey up I also found out I was pregnant! I'm just 5 months now and very excited to have a growing family. I think Casey's going to be wonderful with the baby and she's been a great preparation.... I forgot how much attention a little puppy needs. I am thrilled we got a girl because we just found out the baby's a BOY.
Well we've taken tons of pictures, which I'll send you as soon as there on our computer. Tim just has to download them.

Take care,
Karen

"Bailey (Purple Girl)" & The Lyon Family of Rancho Santa Margarita

Hi Michelle and girls!
Wow - what a year we have had enjoying every minute with our precious Bailey. She is the absolute sweetest dog and just loves to snuggle and give hugs! She has learned everything so quickly and we didn't have very much trouble with any of the training for her. Everyone she meets just falls in love with her. Bailey quickly became the vet office's favorite dog - and other than a nasty ear infection she has been very healthy! She even gets to go to doggie day care a couple of days a week to make friends and play and romp around like a little kid! We can watch her play from our computer on a live doggie camera they have - it's so much fun!
Right now she weighs about 65 pounds and the vet thinks that should be about it. Her coat is a beautiful white and cream color - so soft - and a touch of the reddish color down her back. She is really tall and has long legs - I think she has a lot of her daddy in her.
We couldn't be happier with our dog and we don't hesitate to tell everyone we know where we got her. Thank you for giving her such a loving start to life and for bringing her into ours!

Sincerely,

Laura, Rob, AJ and Katie

"Miller (Dark Green Boy)" & The Haux Family of San Diego

The puppies are doing great! They both weigh in at 70 lbs, and are healthy and happy! Miller can play catch with the tennis ball for hours! Wonder who that comes from!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope all is well with your family!

"Bentley (Yellow Boy)" & The Haux Family of San Diego

Hi Michelle,
Thought I'd forward this commercial with Bentley.  It's only aired in San Diego.  He did such a good job!  He's such a good boy and growing like crazy.  We are having so much fun with him, he's getting good training and is house broken.  Janine and I have gotten together for Bentley and Miller (Dark Green boy) to play and they just have a ball.  I will send you some family photos soon.

Thanks for such a sweet puppy.

"Maui (Light Pink Girl)" & The Voss Family of San Diego

We love our little "Maui" girl. She fits in so perfectly with our family. She seems very happy and is eating great and loves to lay on the tile in the family room. She also loves her crate and knows she will be left alone (from the kids) if she decides to retreat to her space.

We are blessed to have met the people with Miller just one week ago tomorrow. We are so happy to have our new addition to our family.

Thank you so much!
Lisa and Gary Voss

Maui Update

Hi guys,
Maui is doing awesome!! She is very blonde...she has not changed to that orange color, at least not yet. She weighs 54 pounds. Everyone loves her and asks us what type of dog she is.
Her favorite thing in the world is to be brushed. She will sit still for 30+ minutes. She also loves to catch tennis balls. She will nudge her head into your hand if you try to quit playing. She never gets tired out.
She is also so smart. We have changed her "house" (the area she sleeps in) a few times and just after one day she goes to the new area when we tell her "go to your house". Also, when people she knows come over she does not bark at them, but when strangers, like workers come she barks her head off. We love that she does that because it is like protection!
Maui is such a sweet dog. She is great with the girls. She runs around the perimeter of the yard as if she is chasing something. It is so funny to watch. She hates being in direct sun and prefers to be indoors. She constantly wants to play. We have to ignore her just to get things done! She will chew on everything if she does not have a bone. As long as she has a yummy bone she leaves everything else alone. She has us wrapped around her paw!

I will work on getting some pictures to you. It was nice to hear from you.

"Reggie (Black Boy)" & The Pleau Family of Granite Bay

First, let me say how much we just adore Reggie and how he has added a whole new spin on our family. You know how new to this we are, being 1st time dog owners and all, but everything is going so well. It is definitely a challenge, but fun and exciting. He is exactly what I envisioned a family dog should be. Besides being the cutest thing ever, he is so smart and so easy to train. I have so much to tell you and my fingers can’t type as fast as my mind is spinning, so I’ll just list some things.

1) We graduated from puppy class on October 11th and have now started the advance/off-leash class. Reggie is a real pro and is doing so well…..I am very impressed! I think the school is more for me though than him! I am learning the correct way to teach him and Reggie is a great student.
2) He was neutered a couple of weeks ago and had the new micro-chip put in. This went just fine, but he did not like wearing that “lamp shade” around his head.
3) Reggie loves to take warm showers every week. Either Reilly or I do this. Then we blow dry him. He is absolutely darling all clean and fluffy!
4) Reggie is probably around 45+ pounds now. The scale at dog school is currently broken, but he has been consistently putting on around 2 lbs. a week. I looked up some of his old weights and they were 9/6/06 27.1 lbs., 9/20/06 31.8 lbs., 9/27/06 33.8 lbs.
5) Reggie is spending the week of Thanksgiving with my mom, Jonid, at her house while we go to Hawaii. My mom loves him as much as we do!

Well, I guess that is it for now. I hope to do better keeping in touch and look forward to talking to you soon.

Love,
Janet Pleau

"Bear (Olive Green Boy)" & The Schachtel Family of Rancho Mirage

"Ozzie (Light Blue Boy)" & The Dickerson Family of Corona

When my husband and I found out our 6 year old Golden had mast cell cancer, I spoke with my sister (who is a dog-trainer in San Diego). I asked her opinion about a breed that was healthy, but still like a Golden Retriever - - must be loving, compassionate, like to play but loyal! My sister told me of Goldendoodles. She said she had a few in class and they were extremely smart and easy to train and had all the traits of a Golden "with a bounce!". I searched on the Internet and found the Saelid Family not too far away. I started by e-mailing, and then decided I had to act when I saw the beautiful pictures on their web site of the parents, puppies and their environment. I arrived when they only had one puppy left. I saw his surroundings, and the care and love given to these dogs and knew I would be getting a treasure. Ozzie (light blue boy then named) came home with me that night.
I've had small children at my house (and for a puppy, he is extremely gentle), and okay, I'll admit it - - he sleeps with us! These dogs are soooo cuddly, how could you not want to snuggle with them? They truly are like little fuzzy teddy bears!
Ozzie has adjusted very well to our family (almost the first night) which says a lot for the breeder. I highly recommend The Saelid Family (as breeders) and Golden Doodles. They are great family dogs. Oz is now part of our family and we love him very much.
Thank you so much for him. He's truly a great pup, who plays (with care) with our Golden (Rudy) who's days are numbered, as I've been told. He's been great companionship to Rudy. Kind of keeps the spark in him! I recommend the Saelid Family if you're looking into getting a Golden Doodle. I recommend Golden Doodles if you're looking into a GREAT dog.

Thanks again, for the newest member of our family - - Teri Dickerson

"Riley (Dark Blue Boy)" & The Maxwell Family of Irvine

Riley is adjusting to our family very well. He is very spoiled!!! Hates to be alone at all. He sleeps on the floor next to my bed and, knock on wood, hasn't had an accident yet. He likes to go "potty" on the front lawn and "poo poo" in the backyard. He loves taking walks but insists on leading!!! He is very sweet with Zachary and they are becoming best buddies - except when he steals his stuffed animals and clothes!!! Too cute to watch my 2 year old run after him!!! He wags his tail and thinks it's the best to annoy my little one. Riley is a soccer player and knows how to kick the ball with the twins! Tiana enjoys showing him off to all her friends!
I will get pictures to you as soon as I can. Riley is going to be a pirate for Halloween - we have his costume but he isn't overly excited about the hat.

Thanks again for bringing this sweet, furry bundle of joy into our lives!!!

 Riley Update

Hi !
Happy Holidays!! I see from the website that you are up to your eyeballs in Doodles!!! I would love to see you publish a calendar of all those adorable photos - with all your free time!!! Okay, maybe you could supply the photos and someone could handle the business end.
You are an amazing woman!!! The puppies are all meticulously cared for with your love and constant devotion. I reap the benefits everyday with Riley! He is absolutely amazing!!! I could not ask for a more loving and devoted dog for my children. He adores Zachary, the twins, and Tiana. He is extremely smart, a stellar athlete, and a best-friend to Zachary. They play for hours - occasionally fighting over toys but mostly enjoying life as only a boy and his dog can. Riley loves to play fetch in the cul-de-sac. He obediently comes when I call him and has learned to fetch and release the ball. He also has learned to sit and we are working on staying and leash training.
He weighs 56 lbs and just got neutered. He loves to be groomed and will sit patiently as the twins take turns brushing him. Of course an occasionally rub of the tummy or a head massage is always welcomed. He sleeps in my room at night and he starts his day off with the morning routine of waking up Marissa and Jazmine for school. He puts his front paws on Marissa and kisses her until she wakes up. Jazmine is on the top bunk and comes down to share in the fun. It is priceless to have them wake up in a good mood every morning!!! If the girls don't move quick enough, Riley steals a toy or two and heads downstairs. his favorite is fuzzy slippers!!!
Anyone who is considering adopting a beautiful Golden doodle from you should jump at the chance to own one of these amazing animals! They are the perfect breed from the perfect breeder!!!
I will send you a disc with photos soon and you can see the handsome dog that Riley has grown to be!

Best regards!!

Here are a few pictures of Keltie with her new hair cut. She is such a sweetheart. Every morning she comes into my room, puts her paws on my bed and gives me a hug and a kiss. I love that she puts her head on my shoulder. She is such a loving dog. Hope to hear from you soon.

" Boumchey (Red) " & The Veytsman Family of Woodland Hills

We absolutely adore our goldendoodle, boumchey boumchey (Aka Boum Boum). He's so playful and super social with people and other dogs. He goes to the park every day and plays with his best friend Logan, a beagle. When we went to Big Bear last weekend, people flocked to him to say how beautiful he was.
One group even shouted, 'oh my god look at that dog while driving their car.'
Boum Boum loves his red ball, his favorite game is tug of war, and when we come home, he's usually either napping on the couch or on the tile next to the door. He then greets us with hugs and kisses.
From the moment we saw him, we fell in love. He's added lots of joy to our family.

Thank you,
The Veytsmans

" Sebastian (Light Blue) " & The Alexandra Family of Renton, Wa.

Sebastian, our beautiful Golden Doodle whom we adopted from Michelle in January, is now 7 months old, and he has been a prominent member of our household for 5 months. He has a Poodle’s regal stance and spring in his legs, and a Golden’s gentle, loving face. Surprisingly, he also has a Golden tail. Many of his traits come directly from Michelle’s fine handling of her puppies.
From the first day he was ours, Sebastian was already an excellent car dog – which was a good thing because we had to drive our rental car back to the airport with him and fly home to Western Washington. He was our “carry-on luggage” but since the carrier was already tight on him, we unzipped it as soon as the plane was in the air, and he crawled out just far enough to sleep at our feet all the way to Seattle. He didn’t make a sound.
Another very pleasant surprise was the housebreaking, which he managed by himself! Having seen our Pomeranians go outside through the cat door, he decided he could do that too, and it took him no time at all to figure out what everyone was going outside for!
From the moment he entered our home, he was already the biggest and strongest of our family of five pets, but we had already seen him at Michelle’s, walking carefully through a pin of very young puppies without stepping on any of them. He plays as well as he can with the Poms, curbing his strength in order to play tug-of-war, but of course, he always wins. He most loves his cousin Jaxx, a tough little Jack Russell Terrier who can play as roughly as a big puppy the size of Sebastian can.
As good as he is with other dogs, Sebastian is equally good around people. Passersby have so frequently exclaimed, “Oh, how cute!” that we think Sebastian must think this is his second name. Folks are drawn to him and want to pet his interesting coat, and by about 6 months of age he got over his shyness and likes all people.
We are very appreciative of the excellent breeding and care Michelle puts into her pups. We think Sebastian is going to make a fabulous mature dog!

" Hank (Green)" and "Sophie (Hot Pink)" & The Rowerdink Family of Huntington Beach

@9 months
Hank and Sophie are doing great. Hank is about 55lbs and Sophie is about 42lbs. They are very loving creatures, lots of energy and potential for destruction. Hank has a BIG black nose. Sophie’s is more petite and brownish-black. Sophie has recently discovered a love for swimming in our pool. Hank on the other hand eyes the pool suspiciously and keeps at least 2 feet between him and the pool at all times.
They just had their first haircuts, and my kids are certain that they are terribly embarrassed by their horrible new style. I’m sure it feels great for them and it also helps Sophie dry quicker after her swims.
We love them and are so thankful that they are part of our family!

Sincerely,

Carolyn, Jay, Jay Jr. and Natalie

"Ginny (Purple Girl)" & The Durtschi Family of Corte Madera

Ginny, purple girl, is now 7 1/2 months old. She is about 38 pounds, very long and lean. She is a very beautiful mix of gold and white, curly and wavy, and soft poodle hair and courser golden fur. She has highlighted golden fur on her side that is tipped with white. She is very sweet and playful. She loves to play with the kids, go on long hikes, and play fetch with anything. She loves the water, whether from the hose or the bay. She loves people and is slowly getting used to other dogs, especially big intimidating dogs. Almost everyone comments on how beautiful she is, although most mistake her for a labradoodle or even a wheaten terrier! She is a wonderful addition to our family! Thank you!
Sadly, I just broke my Goldendoodle coffee mug the other day and would love to replace it. I would be happy to pay for the cost including shipping. Maybe even two just in case....

Thank you,
Jill Durtschi and family

"Cagney (Black Boy)" & The Riddle family of Woodland Hills

Hello!
Hope you are all well and happy! Tucker is now called "Cagney", after a relative sheepishly asked us to change it so her soon-to-be-born son could have "Tucker" as his name (LOL). Cagney is a joy, and he's been a pleasure from day one.
He hasn't had a moment's illness, and recovered from his recent neutering easily. He was nippy at first, but no longer bites or jumps.  And, of course, he's totally housebroken (hasn't had an accident in the house since 11 weeks. Really!).  He loves his crate, and is very treat-oriented.
He's passed his 1st training course with flying colors, and Will is working with him on the next level. Although he doesn't have the "fluff" we had hoped for, he's a beautiful boy, and everyone we meet comments on how mellow and smart he is. You breed wonderful  pets and  perfect new family members- especially for kids! Thank you again!
I'll write more soon, but just wanted to check in.

Cagney Update

Hi there!
Here is a good pic of Cagney with his Boy, but I need to take some from this month--- this was taken about 6 weeks ago. I'll try to get some that really show off his gorgeous coat!
Cag is FABULOUS! He weighs about 65lbs now, and has been neutered already. He's tall, but his coat is still quite puppyish, so we're interested to see how he changes now that he's passed the half-year mark. So far, he seems to be  less wavy than we expected, but his personality far surpasses our expectations, so there are no disappointments.  Besides, he mats far, far less than his doodle friends!
He loves water, and is very well-mannered...unless there is a puddle, pool, or sprinkler- and then he just HAS to get in there! He does listen well, though, and we're so pleased with his ability to learn, as well as his love of cuddling. He "graduated" at the very top of his first obedience class, and, come Autumn, he and Will are going to take another, more advanced, course, together. I have never seen a dog so intuitive as our Cagney, and he and  7-year-old Will are a  perfect pair.
We adore him, and plan to add to our doodle family soon.  Please tell the other families, or hopeful applicants, that a crate and experience with CALM, assertive training is essential, because these are the smartest dogs, and need both affection and security.  I have started working with some Doodle Rescues, and I can tell you that the worst mistakes that many owners make are to not crate-train, and yell or otherwise "fear-discipline"--- and then wonder why their dogs are destructive and hyper. Michelle, your family starts these dogs out the very best way: lots of calm affection, exposure to all kinds of sounds, etc. in a safe environment, and lots of toys and treats, so crating is an easy transition, and they are so intelligent and healthy, consistent training really does mean they are housebroken and well on their way to being "perfect"  within just a few weeks of being home.
We look forward to visiting you (with Cag) when the Winter litter arrives (hint)!
Hope you are well!

"Abbie (Rainbow Girl)" & The Freeman Family of Irvine

"(Red Boy)" & The Wilkinson-Myhr Family of Coto De Caza

Buddy is HUGE! He is already much taller than Taylor and Laura. He has to be well over 60 lbs by now and the vet measured his wrists?? and said he should be about 95 - 100 lbs at full growth! He certainly is tracking that way. I have to say that he is a very sweet and smart dog. A bit rambunctious, still a lot of puppy in him, but just a very kind dog. His favorite things to do are being with pretty much anyone, swimming, playing with Rocky, his 5 lb Maltese brother (and unfortunately stepping on him often, but Rocky is mostly in charge), eating my tomato plants, and swimming again.
Buddy is still pretty much the same color, curly long fur, but we keep him trimmed. He is super cute.

Hope all is well.

Kevin

"Dexter (Green Boy)" & The Steinke Family of Brea

Hi everyone,
Dexter is doing great. He’s such a love and we enjoy him so much. I’ve attached a few pics we took today so you can see what he looks like now. He weighs about 55 now, so he’s a great size. I don’t think he’s going to get much bigger than he is now.
We’d love to get together with the Fischer’s sometime so Dexter & Dandy can play. Dex plays with the miniature Doberman Pinscher who lives across the street. What a riot they are together with her being so tiny and Dexter being such a big puppy!
Take care and stay in touch,

Kathy, Dan & Dexter
